Shipping is included in your 3, 6 or 12 month subscription.
Subscription boxes will be shipped between the 6th and 10th day of the month, for BC, AB, SK, MB, YT, NWT, NT, NB, NS, PEI & NL.
ON, QC and GTA local deliveries for subscription boxes are sent out between the 15th and 22nd of the month.
