Menu for the week:Hand pies - We will learn the fundamentals of pie dough and make our own fruity hand pies!Ruby Chocolate Bonbons - We will learn to temper ruby chocolate and create decadent ruby bonbons filled with white chocolate ganache.Colourful Pinwheel Cookies - We bake classic icebox cookies with a fun twist!Puff Pastry - We will learn the fundamentals of making our own puff pastry! We will make a savoury appetizer, like homemade pigs in a blanket, and a fruit galette.Homemade Marshmallows - We learn how to make marshmallows from scratch!Rainbow Cinnamon Rolls - We will learn fundamentals of a yeasted dough- and have fun doing it.Showstopper 2-tiered cake - We will learn how to mask and fill a 2-tiered cake. Campers will use their creativity to design their cake!
